Two-bedroom apartment with air-conditioning and three private terraces right smack in the center, in between the Mercat Santa Caterina and Museu Picasso.
The rental comes fully furnished with a washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, and microwave, sheets, towels, cookware, fiber internet, etc—completely ready to live in! This is our home and we're renting it for a few months while away.
This is a two-level (fifth- and sixth-floor) apartment with no elevator and a narrow stairway. The views are well worth it! But this isn't for those afraid of a bit of exercise each day.
The kitchen, living room, and main terrace are on the main part (fifth floor).
The bedrooms are in the upstairs part (sixth floor) and are quite small. The upstairs windows and terrace have views over the entire city.
The interior of the apartment is 42m2 but this does not include the three private terraces, which provide a lot of additional space to dine, sunbathe, relax in the hammock, enjoy the sunset...
Electricity and other utilities are included in the price. Smoking is allowed but only on the outdoor terraces.
