This apartment is situated 25 min by walk or 7 min by transport to Old Riga (Vecriga).
A lot of bars, cafes and stores are located very close.

There is an extra payment for second or third guest. The extra payment for second or third guest is EUR 6 per night for person for month or longer rent. For short rent the extra payment for second guest is EUR 10 per night for person.
For short staying may be charged a little extra money for late check-in (after 20-00) or early check-out (up to 8-00).
