Our 2-room apartment is located in a 6-part house built in 1976. The apartment is located on the first floor and is ideally cut.

To the apartment belongs a free underground parking space.

The apartment was renovated in 2020 core and equipped with high quality materials. The highlights that this wonderful apartment offers are, in addition to the sunny terrace, the high-quality equipped daylight bathroom, also a modern fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances.
It is currently furnished - as can be seen in the attached photos - and can be rented as is.

In 2019, the heating was converted from oil to gas. Subject of the core renovation in 2020 was a new kitchen, a new bathroom, partial electrics new light switches and sockets, new patio tiles, new parquet flooring - made of real wood - throughout the apartment.

About the location:

The district of Rahlstedt, located in the north-east, belongs to the district of Wandsbek and is a particularly green oasis in Hamburg.
Despite the immediate proximity to nature and the Rahlstedter Gehölz, Rahlstedt offers a very good infrastructure. All facilities for daily life, as well as shopping opportunities of any kind are located in the center of Rahlstedt. With its pedestrian zone, the weekly and organic market, numerous stores and restaurants, the Rahlstedt-Center medical centers, the post office and the train station, Rahlstedt offers more than many a small town.

The Hamburg airport can be reached in 25 minutes. Schools of all educational branches are also located in Rahlstedt, as well as a wide range of sports facilities.

In addition to the green surroundings, the location's advantages include good connections to all desired destinations in and around Hamburg, both by car (about 20 minutes to the city center and about 40 minutes to the Baltic Sea via the A1 freeway) and by public transportation (travel time to the main train station is about 17 minutes).
