stylish, furnished loft on the Spree, close to the center…

I am renting out this stylish concrete loft with a view of the Spree until the end of 2023 (possibly longer).
Everything in this property is just right - in addition to the free sauna, fitness, underground parking space, concierge, the location is of course great.

The loft is rented furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are towels in the bathroom and I leave 2x bed linen in the bedroom. Of course there is also a washing machine.

The loft is located on the popular Alt-Stralau peninsula and is therefore the perfect combination of peace, water and greenery on the doorstep - and yet super central and connected to public transport. There are small, cute cafes right in the neighborhood.
