I have a 4-room apartment in Märkische Alle, and I would love to rent out 2-rooms to one person. You are free to do whatever you want with the rooms, turn one into your working space, wardrobe or living room, and have one as your bedroom.
Registration is possible!
Your rooms - 2 unfurnished renovated rooms, a 12 qm2 and a 18qm2 room for yourself alone. The rent for both is - €800 and a caution of €1.000
Commuting - The apartment is literally a 1-min walk to the S-bahn, and you need 20 mins to get to Warschau straße and 30 mins to Alexanderplatz without having to change trains.
Apartment - The apartment is newly renovated, please see pictures attached, and would be rented out unfurnished. However, I can provide a single bed for you at the start. You should feel at home, but please no loud parties or sort, but feel free to play music to your taste, have friends over and live freely
