The room is very bright and has large windows. It comes furnished with a single mattress, a working desk, one desk chair and lamps, wardrobes, curtains etc. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with 2 other rooms.
There is a washing saloon in the building where the tenants can do laundry, it has an extra charge and have to be paid by yourself.

The apartment is located in a nice building at Leibnizstraße, in Charlottenburg, one of the best areas to live in Berlin!
It has its own bathroom. It's 5 minutes walking from public transportarion: U-bhan, S-bhan, Bus.
We have all the major supermarkets less than 5 minutes walking and free parking in the street.
