We're a friendly family that is looking for like-minded people to rent our house. It is the perfect house for expat families who want to stay in a quiet neighborhood, close to nature with easy access to the city center.
- Spacious house with 3 bedrooms, living and dining room, kitchen, basement with 3 rooms that can be used as bedrooms (cooler for the hot summers) or as personal fitness rooms.
- Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the living room helps with the warm summers but keep the electricity costs low!
- Toilets on all 3 levels, two bathrooms, and lots of storage space in the attic and basement.
- Parking area for 2 vehicles, a small garden with garden house.
- Direct bus to Vienna International Centre and UNIDO, 5 minute walk to nearest metro stop U6 Neue Donau
- Very quiet residential area, walking distance to the Danube river, Danube island and public parks and swimming pools, 1 stop to the closest Millenium City shopping centre.
- No agent fee involved, min contract 1 year, preferably 2 or more.
- Fully furnished kitchen, we can leave some desks/sofas/mattresses behind if required, but the rest of the house is partially furnished only.
- Rent does not include utilities which will depend on your monthly consumption.
